Founded in 2020 by Peter, a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with over 20 years of experience, Timeless Health & Wellbeing offers a gentle, personalised approach to relaxation and emotional wellness.

Peter’s journey began in the fitness world, where he recognised the powerful connection between mindset and wellbeing. His training at The Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy deepened his understanding of how guided hypnosis can support inner calm and clarity.

Today, he works with individuals from all walks of life, offering supportive hypnotherapy techniques designed to encourage focus, emotional balance, and a greater sense of self-awareness.
